Senior US HR Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in US HR Operations, preferably within the US IT Staffing / IT Services industry.
• Manage end-to-end US HR Operations for employees and consultants.
• Handle documentation and onboarding for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
• Complete and maintain I-9, E-Verify, and other US HR compliance requirements.
• Manage Employment Agreements, MSAs, POs, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Explain employee benefits and insurance plans and assist employees with enrollment.
• Maintain regular communication with employees and consultants working at client locations and address their HR-related questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, recruiters, payroll, and internal teams to resolve HR and documentation-related issues.
• Maintain accurate employee/consultant records and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Follow up on contract renewals, documentation, compliance, benefits, and other HR requirements.
• Coordinate with the Immigration and Finance/Payroll teams to resolve immigration, payroll, and employee-related matters.
• Support a positive employee/consultant experience throughout the onboarding, assignment, and offboarding lifecycle.
