Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for imaging and allied-health positions across the United States. The role involves sourcing, screening, qualifying, submitting, and closing candidates through accepted offers and successful starts.

Current hiring requirements include CT, MRI and PET Technologists, Radiation Therapists, and Respiratory Therapists. Nursing leadership and other clinical searches may also be assigned based on the recruiter's expertise.

Candidates with experience in permanent, temporary, travel, or locum staffing within the relevant clinical specialties are encouraged to apply. Previous permanent placements are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job requisitions and understand mandatory qualifications, preferred skills, certifications, registry eligibility, state licensing, shifts, on-call requirements, location, relocation, compensation, and joining timelines.
• Develop targeted candidate pipelines using databases, passive sourcing, direct outreach, referrals, employer mapping, and specialty-specific networks.
• Source and engage qualified US healthcare professionals for imaging and allied-health positions.
• Conduct candidate screening to validate experience, credentials, eligibility, availability, compensation expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
• Obtain candidate consent and prepare accurate, relevant submissions for clients.
• Clarify missing information before confirming candidate eligibility or presenting profiles.
• Coordinate interview preparation, client feedback, offer discussions, counteroffers, notice periods, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment history, and follow-up activities in Manatal ATS.
• Track and report qualified submissions, interviews, offers, accepted offers, and actual candidate starts separately.
• Take ownership of recruitment delivery from initial sourcing through successful placement and joining.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in US healthcare agency recruitment, preferably in imaging, allied health, or related clinical staffing.
• Three or more years of US healthcare recruitment experience preferred; candidates with comparable demonstrated results will also be considered.
• At least one personally completed US clinical placement resulting in a candidate's actual start. Permanent, temporary, travel, and locum placements are acceptable.
• Ability to explain a previous placement, including the role, state, approximate placement date, candidate sourcing method, and personal contribution through offer acceptance and joining.
• Practical understanding of the specialties recruited, such as imaging modalities and ARRT registration, respiratory therapy credentials, or radiation therapy qualifications, as applicable to the assigned desk.
• Strong passive sourcing, candidate assessment, negotiation, offer management, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accurate ATS records, and follow through consistently.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Availability for full-time work during US Mountain business hours, with a clear transition plan from existing employment or other commitments.
