Senior/Unit Manager - Human Resources

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives aligned with business goals and employee capability-building needs.
• Manage end-to-end training programs, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Design and develop training content, learning journeys, and employee development interventions.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including program tracking, assessments, and reporting.
• Manage training vendors and external learning partners to ensure quality delivery and outcomes.
• Support L&D budget planning, utilization tracking, and forecasting.
• Drive Certified Trainer (CT) and capability-building initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis, MIS reporting, and learning metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance learning operations and employee experience.

Job Requirements

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
• Experience in training program management, learning operations, and stakeholder management.
• Strong skills in content development, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration and training governance.
• Knowledge of vendor management and coordination with external learning partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from training data and reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
