About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced

Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams to transform business requirements into seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, interaction design, responsive UI, design systems, accessibility, and enterprise application design.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Design

• Gather and analyze user requirements with business, product, and technical teams.
• Create user personas, user journeys, process flows, and information architecture.
• Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex business workflows.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend continuous UX improvements. User Interface (UI) Design
• Design responsive interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, enterprise dashboards, and workflow-based systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Ensure consistent branding, typography, color palettes, icons, layouts, and visual standards. Design Systems
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Define UI standards and style guides for enterprise applications.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to maintain design quality. Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with Frontend, Flutter, Backend, QA, and Product teams.
• Review developed screens and ensure implementation matches approved designs.
• Prepare UI specifications, developer handoff documents, and design guidelines.
• Support dashboards, reports, branding, presentations, and product enhancements. Quality & Accessibility
• Ensure applications meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Recommend improvements based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Follow industry best practices for UX, accessibility, and inclusive design. Leadership & Support
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, technical reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior designers (L1/L2) and review design deliverables.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous product improvements.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong expertise in: + Figma + Adobe XD + Sketch + Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of: + User Experience (UX) + User Interface (UI) + Information Architecture + Usability Principles + Accessibility Standards
• Experience designing: + Enterprise Applications + Admin Portals + Dashboards + Workflow Systems + Mobile Applications
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Understanding of frontend implementation using HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Flutter.
• Experience creating reusable UI components and design systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Government, Public Sector, or large-scale Enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery methodologies.
