Senior UI/UX Designer

Seasoned UI/UX Designer with experience designing world-class consumer mobile applications. This isn’t a role for someone who simply creates beautiful screens. We want someone who understands psychology, product thinking, user behaviour, and business. Someone who obsesses over every interaction, questions every design decision, and believes that simplicity is the highest form of sophistication.

What You’ll Design You’ll be responsible for designing the complete mobile experience, including:

• User onboarding
• Authentication flows
• Wallet & payment experiences
• Daily user interactions
• AI-powered journaling
• Progress tracking
• Analytics & insights
• Notifications
• Gamification mechanics
• Empty & error states
• Micro interactions
• Design System
• Future product concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from research to developer handoff
• Design intuitive user journeys and information architecture
• Create premium mobile experiences for iOS & Android
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Design polished interactions and thoughtful micro animations
• Conduct UX research and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and developers
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and product goals
• Ensure every screen delivers both clarity and delight

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio of shipped consumer mobile applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience building scalable design systems
• Excellent visual design skills with strong UX fundamentals
• Ability to simplify complex user flows
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail

• Have designed products with millions of users
• Have experience with fintech or fitness products
• Understand behavioural psychology
• Have startup experience
• Can prototype interactions
• Have motion design experience
• Think beyond design and contribute to product strategy
