Senior UI/UX Designer

Voice is the product, but the surfaces around it - the agent builder, the analytics dashboards, the developer console, the website - decide whether people can actually use what we built. You will own that entire surface as our first dedicated design hire.

You will work directly with the CPO and the founders, with real latitude over the design system and how the product feels.

• Design the self-serve platform: agent building, testing, deployment, and the analytics that follow - enterprise UX, not consumer patterns

• Own and extend the design system across product, marketing site and investor-facing material
+
• Solve the genuinely novel problems in designing for voice - how do you visualise a conversation, a failure, an interruption

• Sit in on customer calls and watch people use what you designed

• 4+ years designing complex B2B or developer products - a portfolio with real shipped interfaces, not just dribbble shots
+
• Strong systems thinking: components, tokens, states, and the discipline to keep them consistent
+
• Comfortable in code enough to spec accurately and review a build
+
• Bonus: data-visualisation depth, or prior work on dashboards handling live operational data
