Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user-centered design through research, insights, and experience mapping.
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design engaging web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand and product strategy.
• Create interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and gamified UI experiences.
• Apply strong visual design principles across typography, layout, illustration, and motion.
• Validate designs through usability testing and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design, and interaction design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects for illustration and UI animation.
• Experience designing motion, micro-interactions, and gamified experiences.
• Familiarity with iOS & Android design systems and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
