Role summary

We require seasoned UI Engineers with deep expertise in modern front-end application development using React. Candidates should be capable of designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise-grade web applications.

We are hiring software engineers in India for a UK compliance-related greenfield project in the retail sector. The work requires enterprise-grade front-end and backend engineering capabilities.

Required technical skills

Expert-level proficiency in:

• React.js

• JavaScript (ES6+)

• TypeScript

• Responsive Web Design

Strong knowledge of

• Redux, Context API, or similar state management frameworks

• REST API integrations

• Front-end performance optimization

• Unit and integration testing frameworks

Experience with

• CI/CD pipelines

• DevOps practices and deployment automation

• Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms

• Git-based source control workflows

Desired skills

• Experience building enterprise SaaS applications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures

Experience requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• 5+ years of hands-on React development experience

• Demonstrated experience leading complex UI implementation efforts

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
