Senior - Treasury Operation - EPC Business

Position: Lead Treasury
Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8-13 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

Industry Preference: Renewable Energy / Solar / Power / EPC / Infrastructure / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate treasury operations, cash flow and liquidity management.
• Prepare and monitor 13-week rolling cash-flow forecasts and daily cash positions.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, fund-based and non-fund-based limits.
• Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), LC discounting and other banking instruments.
• Manage debt/borrowings, term loans, repayments, refinancing and interest-cost optimisation.
• Monitor working capital requirements and cash utilisation across projects/entities.
• Manage forex exposure, hedging and related treasury activities, wherever applicable.
• Monitor lender covenants, debt obligations and compliance requirements.
• Manage surplus funds/investments and optimise treasury returns.
• Prepare Treasury MIS, cash-flow reports and management dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/FEMA, banking and treasury regulations.
• Coordinate with banks,financial institutions, lenders, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team and work closely with the CFO/Finance leadership.
