Role Description:

The Holiday Sales Advisor role is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Details Role: Holiday Sales Advisor (Short Haul & Long Haul)

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul Destinations(Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam, Europe, Japan).

• Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements

• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently

• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales

• Represent company values while speaking to customers

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
