The opportunity: Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi
Practice Areas - Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
- Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
- Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite for preparing analyses, reports, and client-ready deliverables with accuracy and efficiency.
- Skilled in creating clear, structured presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and transformation plans effectively.
- Strong drafting capabilities for developing proposals, reports, meeting notes, and advisory documentation.
- Experienced in supporting project management activities including tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining execution discipline.
- Ability to apply AI and technology tools to enhance consulting productivity, business transformation analysis, and government advisory work.
- Graduation (Bachelor's Degree), Master of Business Administration
- Project Execution (5+ Years)
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
