Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi
Your key responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of disability inclusion initiatives for State Government departments and agencies.
- Provide technical expertise on disability rights, accessibility standards, universal design, and inclusive governance.
- Develop innovative and practical solutions to address challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
- Support state governments in formulating policies, strategies, schemes, and programs related to disability inclusion.
- Conduct research, assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improving accessibility and inclusion.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights for evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track program outcomes and impact.
- Coordinate with government officials, development partners, NGOs, and disabled persons' organizations (DPOs).
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
