Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise-wide training programs anchored in Lean Six Sigma principles to drive operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives across all learning content, delivery channels, and trainer performance—ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and internal SLAs.
- Train and certify internal teams and client stakeholders in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt to Black Belt levels), creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze training effectiveness through KPIs (e.g., completion rate, post-training performance lift, defect reduction) and pivot strategies based on data insights.
- Partner with product and tech teams to embed quality checkpoints, feedback loops, and process validation into the LMS platform and content workflows.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training playbooks that scale across remote teams and diverse client verticals.
- Must-Have
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (LSSBB) or equivalent from recognized bodies (ASQ, IASSC, or similar)
- Experience delivering training programs in corporate or edtech environments
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools: DMAIC, SIPOC, control charts, root cause analysis
- Strong command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone)
- Expertise in performance metrics and data-driven training optimization
- Preferred
- Experience in remote team training or virtual facilitation
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum in training program delivery
- Background in manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services process improvement
