Senior Training Manager

Role Description The Senior Training Manager at Loans Paradise is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs for sales, operations, and customer service teams, with a focus on lending products and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, developing learning materials and modules, assessing skill gaps, and tracking training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback. The Senior Training Manager collaborates with leadership and functional managers to align training content with business goals, ensures compliance with industry standards, and supports onboarding and ongoing development of staff. The role also involves mentoring trainers, maintaining training documentation, and adopting modern learning tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and curriculum development, with the ability to create engaging, learner-focused programs.
• Experience in performance assessment, coaching, and feedback delivery to support skill development and role readiness.
• Knowledge of financial services, lending products, and basic credit concepts; familiarity with banking and NBFC processes is an advantage.
• Ability to use digital learning tools, productivity software, and learning management systems to deliver and track training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, planning, and organization in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a training leadership role, preferably in financial services or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or learning & development are a plus.
