Senior Training Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in hospitality industry standards.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and create customized training plans to address them.
• Manage the entire process of planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating trainings from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure seamless integration of trained employees into daily operations.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in learning & development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping services.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective process training programs using TTT (Train the Trainer) methodology.
