Senior Trainer Domestic Counselling

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for students, focusing on soft skills development, career growth, and personal transformation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards and best practices in education technology (EdTech).
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to individuals seeking guidance on their academic journey or professional development.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in teaching, training, or counseling roles within the EdTech sector.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and psychological theories related to behavior change.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt tone/style according to audience needs; strong presentation skills using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
