Senior Testing Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer to support MO's federal government customers, initially within our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) business. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products and services meet high standards for quality, accessibility, usability, and policy compliance. You will own testing and quality assurance across complex projects, proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and help teams deliver better outcomes for customers and end users.

At the Senior level, you will operate with minimal guidance, bringing strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to both delivery and client relationships. You will also contribute beyond your assigned work by improving team practices, participating in company and growth initiatives, and identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
