Senior Testing & Commissioning Engineer / Assistant Manager

Lead India's Data Center Commissioning Revolution as Senior T&C Engineer / Asst. Manager Take Ownership of Critical Infrastructure Commissioning

Responsibilities ● Lead End-to-End Commissioning: From HV substations through transformers, HT/LT switchgear, DG synchronization, UPS/STS/ATS, busducts, PDUs/RPPs to downstream loads ●

Execute & Oversee: Functional, integrated, performance, and IST testing across electrical, mechanical (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, pumps), and ELV systems (BMS, EMS, FAS) ●

Conduct Electrical Audits: At client sites, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC/IEEE standards, CEA regulations, and grid codes ●

Drive Integrated Systems Testing: Coordinate shutdowns, redundancy validation (N, N+1, 2N), and system interdependencies ●

Stakeholder Leadership: Manage PMCs, CxAs, design consultants, contractors, OEMs, and clients for seamless execution ●

Quality Assurance: Review/approve method statements, test procedures, checklists; analyze results; prepare comprehensive T&C reports and handover documentation

Technical Requirements (3+ Years Experience): ● Deep expertise in electrical T&C for mission-critical infrastructure ● Proven track record in data center/hyperscale commissioning or electrical auditing ● Strong command of IS/IEC/IEEE standards, CEA regulations, grid codes ● Hands-on experience with protection systems, power monitoring, redundancy validation

Qualifications ● B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Masters (preferred) ● 3-6+ years in T&C, commissioning, or electrical infrastructure management
