• Lead and manage Quality Engineering teams across multiple projects and portfolios.
• Define and drive enterprise-level QE strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and enhance robust automation frameworks using

Playwright .

• Lead automation initiatives using

TypeScript or JavaScript .

• Drive automation-first testing approaches across UI, API, and end-to-end testing layers.
• Ensure automation suite stability, maintainability, and high execution efficiency.
• Define and implement test automation standards, coding guidelines, and framework architecture.
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools to improve test design, script generation, defect analysis, and productivity.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools across QE teams.
• Leverage AI solutions to optimize testing effort, release velocity, and delivery quality.
• Identify opportunities where GenAI can be integrated into QE processes and engineering workflows.
• Establish best practices for responsible adoption of AI tools in testing.
