Senior Test Lead (QA Automation)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
  
• Develop and execute automated test cases for web and API applications.
  
• Perform end-to-end API testing and validate service integrations.
  
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and framework enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
  
• Prepare test plans, test strategies, and quality metrics.
  
• Drive automation adoption and improve test coverage.
  
• Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation, and quality reporting.
  
• Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation testers.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
