Senior Test Engineer – Salesforce Service Cloud & AI Testing

Location: Chennai (Onsite, with occasional remote work based on client needs)

Experience: 6–10 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and test automation. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and be able to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications and integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce Service Cloud applications and integrations.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Support AI-driven testing and validate AI-generated solutions.
• Log, track, and resolve defects with development teams.
• Prepare test reports and maintain QA documentation.
• Work in an Agile development environment. Required Skills
• 6–10 years of software testing experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Good understanding of Agile, SDLC, and QA processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with SaaS applications and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of AI-based testing frameworks.
• Experience in logistics or large enterprise Salesforce projects.
