Senior Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough testing of health claims processing systems to identify defects and bugs.
• Develop and execute manual testing plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on health insurance industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of health claims processing systems and processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques including creation of test cases, execution, reporting results.
