Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

Quality Analyst (6-7 Years) - 4 months Experience 6-7 years in Banking/Financial Services Testing with minimum 3+ years in RBI IRAC/NPA/ECL/Provisioning domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing for RBI IRAC, NPA, ECL and Asset Classification initiatives.
• Validate borrower-level NPA classification, DPD calculations, provisioning and income recognition logic.
• Perform requirement analysis, test strategy, test scenario design, functional and system integration testing.
• Validate ENPA/NPA engine integrations with CBS, DWH, Loan Systems and downstream applications.
• Execute SIT, UAT support, regression testing and defect management.
• Review test cases, mentor junior testers and coordinate with Business, Risk, IRAC and Technology teams.
• Validate RBI compliance, audit observations, restructuring, co-borrower, provisioning and regulatory reporting changes.

Skills

• Mandatory Skills Strong IRAC/NPA expertise as per RBI guidelines.
• Working knowledge of ECL framework, DPD, SMA, NPA, Asset Classification and Provisioning.
• Banking products: TL, CC/OD, Retail Loans, MSME, Corporate Lending, Agri Loans, Credit Cards.
• SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience in Test Management tools (Test Calibre/JIRA/ALM or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred Exposure to Finacle or other CBS platforms.
• Knowledge of RBI automation and regulatory compliance frameworks.
