Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Software Testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design, execute, and validate test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Identify, track, and report defects through the defect management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support release testing, regression testing, and production validations as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing.
• Experience working on Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services projects.
• Good understanding of Payments, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Accounting processes.
• Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT execution.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to banking applications and transaction processing systems.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
