About this role
Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS), along with strong exposure to Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Vehicle Loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for LOS/LMS applications.
- Handle end-to-end lending lifecycle including onboarding, PAN validation, loan processing, disbursement, and repayment.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with business, development, and testing teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT activities.
