Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product) to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Identify, report, and track defects with detailed documentation.
• Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Enhance existing frameworks for better reusability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools).
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Mobile Automation using Appium (Android/iOS).
• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Good understanding of TestNG / JUnit frameworks.
• Experience in framework design (Hybrid / Page Object Model / Data-Driven).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman / Rest Assured - good to have).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
