About this role
1. Strong knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience leading engineering teams in a .NET environment
2. Minimum 6 years working experience across Microsoft .NET and modern microservices environments
3. Good English communication skills, able to work with product, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders
4. Strong quality focus and ownership of non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability)
5. Flair for documentation and architecture reviews
6. Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 4 to 8 engineers
1. Prior experience in payments, fintech, or banking domain (merchant onboarding, KYC, compliance)
2. Experience with merchant/partner integration ecosystems (card networks, PSPs, aggregators, TSPs)
3. Familiarity with Quartz.Net / Hangfire for batch job orchestration
1. Own technical direction and delivery quality.
2. Ensure reliable integrations across the merchant ecosystem.
3. Own non-functional requirements: performance, security, observability, audit/compliance
4. Mentor developers and manage technical risks.
