Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tester with 3-5 years of experience with the following skills and responsibilities:

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
• Experience in Channel Testing (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Banking, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Agile Testing and Agile project environments
• Good knowledge of test case design, execution, defect lifecycle management, and regression testing
• Basic reporting skills and ability to provide project status updates

Roles Responsibilities

• Ensure successful test case execution while maintaining organizational quality standards
• Maintain work allocation and reporting structure
• Manage and maintain repository of test results and project-level changes
• Adhere to workplace discipline and organizational standards
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to the Test Manager and Project Manager
• Track defects, coordinate with stakeholders, and support timely issue resolution
• Prepare basic test execution and defect status reports
