Key Relationships Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Python - Scripting language is desirable.
• Create and execute automated and manual test cases covering:
• Functional Testing
• API Testing
• Mobile Testing
• Integration Testing
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements, especially within Banking and Insurance domain applications
• Ensure compliance with ISTQB best practices and standards for test design and execution
• Actively contribute within Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps for sprint planning, test management, defect tracking, and reporting
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify defects early, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• Review and improve test automation code quality; hands-on coding experience is highly desirable
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote strong quality engineering practices across the team
• Participate in release readiness, regression cycles, and production validation when required

Education

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.

Technical Stack

• Main Skill: Sr. Test Automation Engineer (Playwright / Selenium)
• Functional, API, Mobile and Integration Testing
• Insurance domain knowledge is good to have.
• Knowledge on Azdo Github is a must have.
• Test certification would be preferential: (ISTQB) or equivalent.
• Experience with Postman desirable
• Coding experience desirable.
