Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Retail Assets Testing, Test Automation, and Production Support within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and fix defects related to Retail Assets Automation Testing and production PBIs.
• Manage production stability by triaging and resolving critical incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive defect prevention initiatives.
• Own and enhance test automation coverage for Retail Assets modules.
• Drive application stabilization and quality improvement initiatives across multiple entities such as ENBD, Emirates Islamic (EI), and International Subsidiaries.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Business, and Production Support teams for defect resolution.
• Coordinate and validate application patches, upgrades, and releases.
• Monitor production issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve regression coverage.
• Support UAT and production deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Banking Testing / Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Assets / Lending / Loans domain.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Java, SQL.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Finacle Core Banking.
• Exposure to APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration testing.
• Knowledge of Banking products such as Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgages, and Credit Facilities.
• Experience working with UAE banking clients is an added advantage.
