Senior Territory Sales Officer / Territory Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Visit opticians, optical stores and accessories stores with product samples to generate and book orders.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
• Manage distributor and dealer relationships across the assigned territory.
• Conduct sales events, roadshows and market activation activities to showcase the product range and generate orders.
• Ensure customer orders are appropriately channelled to the company and supplied within the agreed timelines.
• Drive timely collection of payments from distributors and direct dealers and ensure there are no overdue payments.
• Identify opportunities to liquidate obsolete or slow-moving stock at distributors and key dealers.
• Ensure company schemes, promotions and brand plans are implemented in the market as per guidelines.
• Ensure distributor claims are submitted accurately and on time and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Identify prospective new stores and drive placement of Luxottica brands.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution into new towns within the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for their immediate resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide relevant market feedback.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Finance/Collections teams.
