Senior Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary & secondary)
• Drive numeric distribution and expand outlet coverage
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions

• Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Executives
• Allocate beat plans and ensure effective route coverage
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-job coaching

• Manage distributor operations including billing, stock, and credit
• Ensure adequate stock availability and proper inventory rotation
• Coordinate claims, schemes, and outstanding collections

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and new product launches
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies

• Strong knowledge of the Thrissur district market
• Proven experience in FMCG industry
• Ability to handle and manage a team of 35 members
• Experience in managing multiple distributors (around 10)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
