Senior Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for product launches, promotions, and tenders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products/services while meeting budgetary constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or similar field (preferably in analytical instruments/laboratory equipment/capital equipment sales.
• Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of technical sales principles with excellent communication skills.
• Required Education:
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation Engineering
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics
