Senior Tendering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client expectations.
• Conduct thorough rate analysis, quantity surveying, and estimation to prepare accurate bids that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.

Job Requirements :

• 11-19 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in QS (Quantity Surveying) and tender estimation.
• Strong understanding of Autocad software for drafting drawings and designs.
• Proven track record in preparing high-quality tenders that meet client needs while minimizing costs.
