Senior Tendering Estimation & procurement Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Good English communication Skills.
• Ability to prepare BOQ on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings.
• Should have experience in coordination with Vendors, Prepare BOQ in all Corporate Commercial interior fit out for project.
• Project Pre- tendering , Estimation, Billing.
• Prepare the Comparative rates in market Prepare and cross check BOQ.
• Procurement, Invite, assesses, and ward/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
• Settle the Bills with Vendors
• Rate analysis
• Vendor selection
• Good knowledge Marketing
• Project schedule
• Project completion on time.
• Must have knowledge of site as well detail of drawing
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading” the market
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with number
• Experience in collecting and analysing data
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Communication skills should be fluent

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum preferred Candidate should be Graduate from Btech in Civil
