Senior Tendering Estimation & procurement Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Having Good english speaking skills in a Work from office setup, based in Gurugram.

Role involves leading end-to-end procurement activities, including managing tender processes, reviewing bids, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive and compliant proposals.

The ability to prepare BOQ of Corporate office projects on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings, will oversee quantity surveying aspects such as cost estimation, budget tracking, and verification of bills in coordination with project teams.

Daily responsibilities include experience in coordination with Vendors, ,the Comparative rates in market,Rate analysis, evaluating suppliers, Project schedule, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires preparing procurement reports, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously optimizing procurement strategies to support project timelines and cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum preferred Candidate should be Graduate from Btech in Civil
