• Monitor and evaluate opportunities from:

• Analyze:

• Tender Documents
• Corrigendum
• Addendum
• Eligibility Criteria
• Financial Requirements
• Recommend Go / No-Go decisions to management.

2. Technical Tender Preparation

• Lead preparation of:
• Technical Bids
• Qualification Documents
• Experience Credentials
• Work Completion Statements
• Machinery Deployment Plans
• Methodology & Execution Plans
• Resource Planning Documents
• Review technical compliance before submission.
• Ensure 100% adherence to tender conditions.

3. Commercial & Rate Analysis

• Perform detailed:
• BOQ Analysis
• SOR Analysis
• Market Rate Assessment
• Vendor Quotations Evaluation
• Develop:
• Cost Estimates
• Tender Pricing Models
• Bid Margin Analysis
• Risk Assessment Sheets
• Study:
• L1 Trends
• Competitor Pricing
• Historical Tender Data
• Recommend competitive bid pricing to management.

4. Bid Strategy & Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track:
• Awarded Projects
• Bid Trends
• Competitor Participation
• JV Patterns
• Formulate:
• Bid Strategy
• Commercial Positioning
• Win Strategy
• Assist management in large-value tender decision-making.

5. Joint Venture & Consortium Management

• Identify suitable JV/Consortium partners.
• Evaluate:

• Prepare:
• JV Agreements
• Consortium Structures
• Work Share Arrangements
• Eligibility Mapping
• Coordinate with legal and management teams.

6. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

8. Department & Client Coordination

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech (Civil Preferred) / Mechanical / Mining Engineering

• 7+ years of proven tendering experience.
• Experience handling high-value government tenders.
• Strong understanding of mining, civil, EPC, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end bid lifecycle.
• Exposure to bid strategy, rate analysis, JV structuring, and commercial negotiations.
• Track record of winning large government and industrial contracts.
