Senior Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client expectations.
• Prepare high-quality bids by analyzing project requirements, identifying key benefits, and developing compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, provide input on technical specifications, and ensure accurate cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competitor tenders to identify strengths and weaknesses, making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in e-tendering or similar field (government tenders preferred).
• Strong understanding of GEM Portal guidelines for online bidding processes.
• Proficiency in bid preparation, bid evaluation, bid analysis, gem portal operations.
