Job Description Sr. Technician (T3)

Department: Project & Operations Function: Support Location: All Locations Reporting To: HOD, as applicable Role: IBMS Operations & Maintenance / Project Execution

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and project execution of IBMS and associated systems while maintaining quality, safety, and timely completion of activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution of IBMS systems.
  
• Project Execution: Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and telephone systems.
  
• Site Supervision: Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, installation quality, and compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
  
• Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.
  
• Material Management: Raise material indents and ensure the timely availability of tools, equipment, manpower, and materials.
  
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, project checklists, material records, and progress reports as per ISO procedures.
  
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, technical standards, and applicable safety requirements.
  
• Timely Execution: Ensure assigned maintenance and project activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
