Senior Technician

Education - Diploma/ITI (Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience - 4 to 5 Yrs. with Diploma / 6 to 8 Yrs. with ITI

1) To ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of Catalytic production equipment through effective Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), condition monitoring, breakdown elimination, spare parts management, and continuous improvement activities. The role will be responsible for Electrical Maintenance System Troubleshooting, Welding Machine Maintenance, Fanuc Robot Electrical Maintenance, Laser Welding machine, Rolling M/c, Sizing M/c, Barcode Marking machine, Cutting machine, Shape Forming Machine etc.

2) Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulics System Maintenance, Pneumatics System Maintenance, Motor, Drives, Breaker, I/O System, Sensors.

3) Ensure proper functioning of proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, relays, LVDT, RVDC, Vision system, and safety devices.

4) Assist in troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and automated production systems.

5) Monitor and maintain process instruments, temperature controllers, pressure gauges, and flow monitoring devices.

6) Support robotics and automated assembly stations where applicable.

7) Support in PLC system Troubleshooting maintenance

8) Execute predictive maintenance activities using thermography, and condition-based monitoring techniques,

9) Ownership & Accountability , Analytical Thinking , Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Result Orientation, Safety Awareness

10) Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, MCCs, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, and control panels.

11) Perform maintenance of electrical distribution systems and production machinery.
