Senior Technician Maintenance


Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, DG sets, ETP, and STP.
• Maintain conveyors, trolleys, forklifts, and stackers.
• Conduct machine inspections and lubrication as per maintenance schedules.
• Support troubleshooting of PLC- and VFD-based equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare-parts consumption.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Follow 5S, TPM, and all safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• 36 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Foam, Mattress, FMCG, Automotive, or Process Industry is preferr
