Senior Technical Writer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop high-quality technical documentation for software products, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create accurate and concise documentation.
• Design and maintain a consistent style guide for all technical documents to ensure consistency across the product suite.
• Provide training sessions on new features and updates to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in technical writing or related field (e.g., API documentation).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications in various industries.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone and style according to audience needs.
• Proven track record of creating clear, concise, and well-organized technical documentation.
