Senior Technical Trainer

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality enterprise virtualization training courses to technical audiences both virtually and on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to review, enhance, and adapt training materials for effective delivery to diverse learners.
• Provide continuous feedback on course material and training effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning about virtualization technologies and cloud services to stay updated and enhance training relevance.
• Travel to customer locations for in-person training sessions, accommodating non-standard hours as necessary.
• Foster a positive team culture by assisting fellow instructors and exchanging best practices.
• Adapt training delivery based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
• Achieve a customer satisfaction score that meets or exceeds established benchmarks within the first year.
