Position: Technical Support L2 Engineer
Location: Mandideep, Bhopal
Experience: 46 Years
CTC: 3.64.0 LPA
Joining: Immediate Joiner / Short Notice

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for desktop, laptop, hardware and software-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, network and peripheral-related issues.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting and escalation of complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with L1/L3 teams and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and technical activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues as per SLA.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintain IT infrastructure at the location.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in L2/Desktop/Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop, laptop, Windows OS and IT peripherals.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
• Willingness to work from Mandideep, Bhopal.
