Job Summary

HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in Core IT Recruitment, Niche Skill Hiring, and Leadership Hiring. Hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Core IT and technical positions.

- Handle niche skill hiring and leadership-level recruitment.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean searches.

- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely joining.

- Manage multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3 to 8 years of Core IT/Technical Recruitment experience.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Niche Hiring, Leadership Hiring, and C2H Recruitment.

- Strong technical sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
