Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview:

Role:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Program Governance drives execution excellence across B&MI s technology portfolio by establishing governance frameworks, delivering portfolio insights, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role partners with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned, risks and dependencies are managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent and predictable.

All About You:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion
- Partner across roles and teams to ensure dependencies and risks are identified, well understood, and managed
- Manage and ensure the timely scoping, design, implementation, and release of complex features
- Drive innovative improvements to team processes
- Proactively identify roadblocks and challenges, and brainstorm and execute contingency plans throughout project execution
- Establish and maintain clarity and visibility of project decisions, expectations, and milestones Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
