Senior Technical Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to ensure effective project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices in technical program management (e.g., Scrum) and agile methodologies.

Job Requirements :

• 10-14 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and technologies (e.g., cloud computing).
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
