Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequirement is L1 Service Desk
Min 18 months' work experience in
Active Directory (user creation, removal and modification, password resets, access provisioning)
MFA reset and Azure portal activities like group access, B2B Guest Account Management
O365 Exchange Admin access for Shared Mailbox (SMB), Distribution List (DL), Conference Room (CR), User Mailbox etc.
BitLocker recovery and endpoint security support
Strong understanding of:
Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, Teams
Active Directory & Azure AD
Network basics (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Educational RequirementGraduate
