Responsibilities:
- Develop cloud-based capabilities to remotely access, aggregate, and interpret vehicle diagnostic data for real-time health assessment
- Implement Apps and models to forecast failures, detect anomalies, and improve fleet maintenance planning
- Develop centralized software and configuration intelligence services supporting SDV diagnostics, version tracking, and software integrity validation
- Deliver integrated diagnostic workflows aligned with OTA processes, including automated pre-checks and post-update validation
- Enable continuous lifecycle monitoring of vehicle health, diagnostics, and software updates
- Develop cloud-hosted remote diagnostic client capabilities using standardized APIs (e.g., SOVD) for real-time data, fault, and log retrieval
- Deliver capabilities to initiate remote diagnostic sequences, trigger tests, and access ECU functions without physical vehicle interaction
- Enable automation across engineering, aftersales, and service workflows and develop scalable session management, authentication, and vehicle-state awareness for secure remote diagnostics operations
- Enable OEM service operations and fleet-wide remote diagnostics through secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive AI strategy for diagnostics.
Qualifications: THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Bachelor/Master's degree (B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a similar discipline from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Diagnostic Development & experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and microservices
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML and GenAI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering)
- Knowledge of data engineering (ETL, streaming, Kafka/Event Hub)
- Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge graph concepts
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, APIs, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong automotive knowledge on Diagnostic and communication protocols (UDS, DoIP, SOVD, ODX/OTX)
- Experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet and ECU diagnostics workflows
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and scalability in cloud systems
