Costing & Design Transfer / Transformation CoE Lead

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive our Costing & Design Transfer / Transformation Center of Excellence (CoE). The role will be responsible for product costing, value engineering, design-to-cost initiatives, industrialization, design transfer, BOM governance, and product launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product costing, should-costing, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive Value Engineering (VA/VE), DFM/DFA, and design-to-cost programs.
• Manage design transfer from development to production.
• Oversee BOM, engineering change management, and PLM processes.
• Support localization, supplier cost analysis, and industrialization activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and customer-facing engineering programs.
• Support RFQs, proposals, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.
